Using Can-C

Can-C FAQ

What is Can-C™?

Can-C™ uniquely contains N-acetylcarnosine which is pronounced: n-a-seat-till-carn-o-seen. This natural molecule is known as a di-peptide. A di-peptide are two aminoacids linked together.

Carnosine is found naturally in foods and in human cells and acts as a protector having both anti-oxidant and anti-glycation properties, however the levels of carnosine decline with age and there is a link between its declining level and the onset of certain aging disorders including forms of cataract.

Can-C eye-drops have been specially produced to licensed cGMP pharmaceutical standards.

Can-C ingredients:

  • N-Acetyl-Carnosine (NAC) 1.0% (approved by IVP)
  • Glycerin (lubricant) 1.0%
  • Carboxymethylcellulose sodium (lubricant) 0.3%

Excipients:

  • Sterile Water (Ophthalmic Grade Isotonic Solution, pH 6.7 to 6.9)
  • buffered with Potassium Phosphate
  • Dibasic and Potassium Phosphate Monobasic
  • Purified Benzyl Alcohol (Preservative)

Why are Can-C™ eye-drops used?

Can-C™ contains a unique form of N-acetyl-carnosine which has been shown in animal and clinical trials to help reduce, slow and even reverse the occurrence of senile cataract.

What about side effects and contraindications?

As with all products, there are potential side effects and contraindications, although very few to date have been reported with Can-C™.

Stinging

Stinging is a very rare side effect with Can-C because it is formulated to a Ph of 6.8. This Ph is normal for the average person.

Rarely there are some individuals (either because of medical condition or because of their particular diet), may have a more acidic or alkaline balance in their body. If out of kilter with the norm, this can provoke a stinging reaction.

This stinging is normally mild and can often dissipate with continued use, but naturally this reaction is very personal and if it is too uncomfortable then Can-C use should be stopped. Naturally the effect can be lessened by applying cold water carefully to the eye, but this will also wash away the Can-C drops too.

Contact lenses

If you wear contact lenses, the lenses should be removed first and the eyes carefully washed with cold water. This will help remove any lactic acid, which if left present in the eye may also cause a stinging reaction. Once the contact lenses are removed the Can-C drops can be applied, try to wait at least 15-minutes before placing the contact lenses back into the eye as normal.

Contraindications

Although no serious contraindications have been noted to date, as is typical with all new products, Can-C has not been tested alongside all eye medications. Therefore if you are applying other prescription eye-drop medications, we recommend that you are under the guidance of your ophthalmic physician if you mean to use Can-C concurrently with your existing medication.

Cataract E-Book

I have been taking the Can-C eye-drops since last September. I had my vision checked on January 2. My vision has improved four times and my lens is clearing. I will get my vision checked again in July. I will keep you informed of my progress. Can-C drops have been a godsend to me, thank you.

B.K., Illinois

I just wanted you to know that the improvement in my vision is amazing. I had got to the point where I could no longer drive due to haziness from my cataracts, and now I feel very secure and am able to see almost as well as before my cataracts was diagnosed. Also I have not noticed any kind of side-effects. I just wanted to tell you how happy I am and that I am definitely recommending Can-C eye-drops to all my friends with similar problems! If you need me for any referrals or statistics I would be happy to help! Please keep on with the great work!

The Can-C eye-drops have improved my mother's eyesight over the past 3 weeks. It certainly is amazing.

J.C., Texas

As a medical doctor, at first I was dubious of such a breakthrough, but I assisted my mother-in-law with the application. The results have been so impressive I am now contacting you with a view to a wholesale enquiry.

D.S., California

My ophthalmic physician wants to know what I have been doing! He hasn't seen anything like it before in 20-years of assisting people with cataracts!

K.L., New York

Congratulations, these eye-drops are the real McCoy, they're great!

G.K., Washington

I took some other drops for 4-months that did nothing. I've only been taking Can-C eye-drops for 4-weeks and can already see the difference.

Can-C K9 Dog

Can-C K9 Product

Can-C™ K9

Lubricant Eye Drops with N-Acetylcarnosine for dogs. These eye drops are based on the original Can-C™ formula.

A cataract is a common reason for clouding of the eye, the dog will have difficulty seeing especially at night. Eye drops containing N-acetlycarnosine (NAC) can dissolve cataracts in a dog’s eyes and owners may notice improved visual behaviour within a month of treatment. Many dog owners also use these eye drops as a preventative measure for dogs whose breed are susceptible to cataracts or dry eye syndrome.

The cloudiness caused by cataracts normally starts in the black dot of the eye. There are four stages of a cataract, incipient, immature, mature and hyper mature. A hyper mature cataract has a risk of rupturing that can result in blindness, but early action could save your dog from having surgery.
